Explanation of trademark law

The explanation of the trademark law is the first work for many decades that describes the domestic legal regulation of a trademark with the need for completeness, a gap-filling work in this extremely important field of intellectual property law. Previously, there was no explanation written with theoretical rigor, but also discussing practical experience, which would have undertaken a commentary presentation of the topic. Our book fully processes domestic trademark law in the light of EU, domestic administrative and judicial practice. In addition to commenting on trademark law, the volume also discusses the criminal and customs consequences of trademark infringement. The work, enriched with EU legal rules, official, preliminary and case-by-case court decisions, also serves as a guide in the daily life of Hungarian small, medium and large enterprises. The commentary also covers topics that are equally vital for businesses: the authors dedicate separate chapters in the new Civil Code to the re-regulated know-how (protected knowledge), as well as the regulation and practice of the trade name, domain name and franchise agreement. .
