Family exchange

Hydrangea is completely different from his whimsical, movie-loving parents, inventor uncle, and war-playing grandfather. He feels he lives in a house of fools, where the fridge is always empty, where something keeps exploding and where family members converse with the ghost of a long-dead grandmother. But Martin has just such a family! With them, every day is predictably boring, they live in a perfectly clean house where dinner lasts 33 minutes. The rescue idea pops out of the minds of the two classmates at once: they are exchanging families for a week!
