Documenta 1-3. volume

This book pays tribute to the thirtieth anniversary of the birth of an independent, democratic and constitutional Hungary. Between these books is the documents of my law and public career, which have been finally closed, in their original form, without changes or explanations - now in existence independently of me. But I am happy to indicate on the book covers how I look back on this long phase of my work and fit it into the fullness of life. The fragrant hellebore, helleborus odorus, was included in the civil law volume. This flower, which is only native to the Mecsek Mountains, emerges from the ground at the earliest, at the end of winter. It fits well with early works that bear the marks of youth. The book on constitutional law contains the one hundred and thirty-year-old almond tree in front of the Chapel of Hegyegy in Pécs, which became the tree of the year in Europe in 2019. It is a symbol that European constitutionality survives the harsh times, flourishes and yields a century. The public volume is decorated with the Banat peony, the paeonia banatica. It is right: the protection of the Zengő, the only habitat of the Banat peony, was the most beautiful and successful movement for the protection of the public, and the Defense League proposed to the President of the Republic, and I remained active in this field.
