Spelling workbook for 5th grade

The workbook on Spelling Practices and Pen Sayings primarily shapes the use and spelling of written language by 5th grade students and helps to check it. The following knowledge is included in the publication: a) the Hungarian alphabet; the principles of Hungarian spelling: the principle of pronunciation, the principle of word analysis, the principle of tradition, the principle of simplification; separation; b) Hungarian vowels and consonants; tone order, fit, full resemblance, partial resemblance, dropout, merging, shortening; c) the structure of Hungarian words, vocabulary, suffixes: adjective, sign, rag. The types of exercises are very diverse. From filling in incomplete words, sentences and texts, through word formation and word analysis, to interesting puzzles and proverbs. At the end of each chapter is a Knowledge Test, which is an excellent tool for self-assessment. This workbook is a beginner's series, and a practice booklet with a similar structure is also available for upper secondary students.
