The aim of the book is to summarize Stanislavsky's ideas about the work of the actor and to create a series of road signs that will allow those interested in the method of the "master" to get started; to draw attention to the methods used as a starting point for the creation of the world-famous theater of Jerzy Grotowski, one of the most outstanding theater directors and theorists of the end of the millennium; that Stanislavsky's work be given a proper place in our theatrical values.
