It's good to learn

This book, the second volume of my smaller writings, “Writing Remains,” contains my thoughts on the teaching / learning process. The ten writings in the first part were written before the regime change, speaking out for child-centered family and school education, for the development of talent. The writings of the second part have been published in the last two decades, but their aim remains to support alternative schools, cooperative learning, and the education of creative citizens. The third part is about the possibility of experiential math learning based on player practices. Finally, the fourth part contains some articles by my university colleagues from Pécs: about equal opportunities, the joy of learning, the “cheerful school” and the protection of a client-centered university.
