Business rights

The note covers the subject of business law in the European Union - or rather the basics of business law. The first part tries to establish the economic law with basic knowledge of law and state organization. It covers five major areas of commercial law: company law, insolvency law, securities law and competition law, and finally commercial law, supplemented by employment contract law.
