It contains, among other things, vitamin B-10, also known as Paba, choline, inositol, l-cysteine, field horsetail and MSM.

PABA (para-aminobenzoic acid) was previously thought to be a B vitamin. We now know that it is actually an amino acid and not directly a vital nutrient, but it is essential for certain microorganisms (intestinal bacteria). These bacteria belong to the body’s so-called to their normal flora, and even benefit, e.g. they produce vitamins and repel pathogenic bacteria.

Choline has also been considered a member of the B-vitamin family in the past, but since it can be obtained not only from external sources, but also by our body, it cannot be classified as a vitamin.
