Roaring nature

Dezső Kosztolányi's classic Zsivajgó nature, first published in 1930 (in which the poet sometimes plays the treasures of nature playfully and other times poetically, thus presenting his own ars poetics and worldview), this time the reader can turn to Béla Tettamanti's drawings. Being one of Kosztolányi's favorite works by the graphic artist, there is no doubt that the illustrations, which are fully reflective of the text, but characteristic of the artist's unique style, were placed next to the eternal lines. Lajos Parti Nagy wrote a heartfelt preface to the volume.
